🏫 EdTech startup Odyssey raised $10M in Series A Round Led by Tusk Venture Partners. Odyssey connects families with state agencies and educational vendors that provide funding for school tuition, tutors, software and curriculum.
📚 Doowii, a company providing data management for education, secured $4.1M
in a seed funding to Advance AI-Driven Data Analytics for Educators.
🌙 Aanaab, an E-learning platform for Arabic teachers, received an investment from Rethink Education to expand its operations in the Middle East.
M&A
🎒 Cloud-based K12 software provider Powerschool to be acquired by Bain Capital in a take-private deal valuing the company at $5.6B.
🎓 QS, the higher education and career information provider, acquired Global Study, a student relationship management platform, to expand operations in China with additional capacity and expertise.
