Indonesia's National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) is preparing an ecosystem to implement a circular economy, which could contribute up to $30.7B to the country's economy. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the drug Donanemab, also known as Kisunla™, for treating adults with early symptomatic Alzheimer's disease. This approval makes Donanemab the second anti-amyloid antibody to receive full FDA approval for slowing the progression of the disease.

When choosing a college in the United States, the most important factors for prospective students are affordability (53%), student outcomes (39%), and flexibility/accessibility (36%). Interestingly, ROI and test-optional admission policies were less important. This demonstrates the variation in student priorities when choosing a college.

Over the past thirty years, the EU has significantly increased its municipal waste recycling, growing from 23 million tons in 1995 to 70 million tons in 2021. This aligns with the EU's goal to halve non-recycled municipal waste by 2030, mandating that all member states achieve at least a 60% recycling rate., contributing to reduced environmental impact and enhanced sustainability efforts.

💊 The US Leads in AI-Led Drug Discovery Startups

The United States leads in AI-led discovery with 55% of firms, followed by Europe and the United Kingdom with shares of 20% and 10%, respectively. Meanwhile, China and Australia fall below the 5% mark for drug development start-ups using AI. There has been a rise in AI investors in the USA, EU, and UK, making these regions leaders in AI-led drug discovery.
