👨‍🏫 Realize, a Brazilian teacher support EdTech that allows teachers to create courses online, obtained $300K in pre-seed funding from Investidores.vc. 

M&A

💻 Prometric, a US-based testing and assessment provider, acquired EdPower, a LMS provider in the US. 

📚 Schoolnet, a US K12 management system, acquired Genius Teacher, an Indian EdTech that provides content for primary school teachers.
