Initiatives like the UK's AI Safety Summit and the launch of the EU's AI Act, which aims to regulate AI development and deployment, highlight a growing emphasis on AI governance, education, and training worldwide.

Between 2015 and 2022, Australian manufacturing saw a surge in demand for tech skills. Advanced electronics and semiconductors led at 771%, followed by IoT at 427% and robotics at 330%.
