π Global Grid for Learning (GG4L), a privacy-centric education data exchange platform, raised $18M to help vendors prioritize student data privacy.
πͺ Goalsetter, a provider of financial curriculum for families, secured $9.6M in Series A funding. The company aims to leverage these funds for new B2B partnerships and continued program development.
π Automated workforce coaching platform Cloverleaf raised $7.3M in a Series A extension round led by Advantage Capital. Tripling revenue since its June 2022 funding, the company expects continued growth with this capital injection, bringing their total funding to $20M.
π Accredify, a digital certificate provider provider, secured a strategic investment in its Series A extension following a $7 million financing round in April 2023.
β EdLight, an AI-powered feedback & grading platform for educators, secured $4M in seed funding.
π» Sprints, an Egypt-based AI-powered tech upskilling EdTech, raised a $3M bridge round led by Disruptech Ventures, to finance its expansion into ten new markets.
M&A
π§βπΌ Special education curriculum provider n2y and Texthelp, an assistive technology company, merged to create a new entity serving diverse learners and neurodiverse employees worldwide.
πΆ Wonderschool, a network of micro preschools, acquired EarlyDay, an early childhood career marketplace.
π§βπ« StraighterLine, a US-based OPM provider, acquired ProSolutions Training, a professional development care solution that provides training for early childhood educators.
π International study platform, Keystone Education Group acquired Edunation and Asia Exchange to expand its reach to Asia Pacific and promote Nordic study destinations.
π An online training platform Certus, acquired Paulson Training, a manufacturing training provider, expanding Certus' portfolio of industrial skills and simulations.
