πŸš†First Bangkok-Laos Passenger Train Service Launched. A new passenger train service connecting Bangkok and Vientiane was launched, with the first train departing from Bangkok and arriving in Vientiane on July 20th.

🚜 Monarch Tractor, a Livermore, CA-based company that creates electric and autonomous tractors and farm management software, raised $133M in Series C funding.

πŸš€ H55, a Sion, Switzerland-based company specializing in electric aviation technologies, raised $73.2M in Series C funding.

πŸš— Zyp Technologies, a Pakistan-based mobility startup, raised a $1.5M Pre-Series A, led by Shorooq Partners, a UAE-based VC fund.

✈️ Loar Holdings, a newly public company, is acquiring Applied Avionics, a Fort Worth-based company, for $385M in cash.

✈️ Unimech Aerospace, an Indian company, has raised $30M from investors Steadview, Evolvence, and others ahead of its planned Initial Public Offering (IPO). The funding round values the company at around $400M.
