In this week's health deals, J&J continues to expand its MedTech portfolio through its $1B acquisition of Numab Therapeutics. Health tech firms that produce interventions for chronic continue to garner investor interest. Scorpion Therapeutics secured $150M for its oncology therapeutic development, and Cardurion Pharmaceuticals raised $260M to develop cardiovascular medications.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommended that the NHS use the digital diagnostic tool QbTest as an add-on to standard assessment for diagnosing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
