💼 Employment of France’s Recent Grads Grew to 80%

France's employment rate for recent graduates rose from 76.4% in 2012 to 80.1% in 2023. This upward trend highlights stronger labor market integration for graduates. Additionally, the French government has prioritized reducing NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training) through initiatives like the Skills Investment Plan and Garantie Jeunes program, which support this growth by enhancing vocational training, reducing NEET rates, and aligning education with labor market demands.

⚕️ Health Staff in Northern Ireland Up 20%

Between 2014 and 2023, full-time HCS staff in Northern Ireland expanded by over 20%, with growth across key categories. This growth reflects efforts outlined in the Health and Social Care Workforce Strategy 2026, which aims to address staffing shortages. Recent immigration policies have also facilitated the recruitment of skilled healthcare professionals from outside the UK or EU, contributing significantly to workforce expansion.

🤖 60% of Clerical Workers Faced Medium GPT Exposure

In 2023, clerical support workers had the highest exposure to Generative Pre-Trained Transformers (GPTs), with 58% of tasks at medium exposure and 24% at high exposure. Governments are addressing AI’s labor market effects through reskilling programs, inclusive policies, and frameworks like the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and International Labour Organization initiatives to balance AI innovation with employment stability. These efforts align with broader objectives to ensure AI enhances rather than replaces human labor.
