Hello 👋
As AI adoption accelerates, education providers are expanding efforts to build foundational AI & digital skills earlier. This week, CodeMonkey introduced a new K-8 digital literacy curriculum, while Innovate Tech X launched a Certified AI Engineer Pathway for high school students. At the same time, Google, Intel, and OpenAI are ramping up AI upskilling programs in Poland, India, and Spain. Yet questions remain about how quickly these efforts will scale.
At Global Skills Week, the Early Career Navigation workshop, led by American Student Assistance, will explore what it will take to prepare young people for an evolving workforce. As AI fluency gains traction, ensuring learners have the right opportunities and support to navigate their careers will be just as critical as the evolving set of skills themselves.
