🎓 70% of Schools Implemented Gen AI in Their Courses

In 2024, 65% of global business schools integrated AI or Gen AI into their curricula, with the Americas leading at 68%, followed by EMEA at 64% and Asia Pacific at 54%. This trend aligns with government initiatives like the National AI Initiative Act in the US and the EU's Digital Education Action Plan, emphasizing digital literacy and ethical considerations in AI. Business schools are thus preparing future leaders for a rapidly evolving job market.

🍃 20% of Jobs in Utilities Require Green Skills

In 2024, the utilities sector led green talent demand at 23%, followed by construction at 20% and oil and gas at 19%. Significant demand also emerged in farming at 18% and manufacturing at 13%, while retail at 3%, entertainment at 4%, and healthcare at 5% lagged. This trend aligns with government initiatives such as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the Inflation Reduction Act, and the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism. These policies aim to invest in renewable energy, enhance energy efficiency, and promote sustainable practices, emphasizing the urgent need for green skills to meet climate targets and enhance job opportunities.

🧠 100% Rise in Expected Data Specialist Jobs By 2030

Between 2025 and 2030, big data specialists are projected to see a 110% job growth, followed by machine learning roles at 80%, application development at 55%, and IoT specialists and data analysts at 40%. This trend aligns with prominent global initiatives such as the European Union's Digital Education Action Plan, which aims for 70% of adults to have basic digital skills by 2025, and the World Economic Forum's Digital Skills Initiative, which focuses on addressing the global digital skills gap. Additionally, the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) emphasize quality education and lifelong learning, further supporting the need for a digitally skilled workforce.
