πŸ‘Ά >80% of 3–5 Year-Olds Enrolled in School

In 2022, US preschool enrollment for 3- to 5-year-olds varied, with DC highest at 82% and Arizona lowest at 47%. To address these gaps, the US administration proposed a $200B, 10-year plan for preschool education. The Preschool Development Grant program helps states coordinate resources, ensuring low-income children access quality early education.

πŸ€– >50% Rise in AP Computer Science Exams

From 2007 to 2022, AP computer science exams increased from 19K to over 200K. This growth was particularly pronounced after 2016, with exams more than tripling by 2019. The rise in AP computer science exams aligns with initiatives like CSforAll, launched in 2016. State policies, such as Alabama's and Indiana's computer science plans, support these efforts. The National Science Foundation contributes through programs like the Broadening Participation in Computing Alliances and the Tribal Colleges and Universities Program.

🏭 >4M Operational Industrial Robots

The global operational stock of industrial robots grew from 1.3M in 2013 to over 4.2M in 2023, driven by automation and technological advancements. Governments support this trend with initiatives like the UK's industrial strategy and the EU's robotics strategy, focusing on innovation and workforce adaptation. China's "14th Five-Year Plan" also prioritizes robotics expansion across sectors.
