In 2022–2023, French universities reflected diverse academic interests, with 508K students in art and humanities, 370K in sciences, 220K in economics and social administration, 210K in law and political sciences, and 60K in physical and sports sciences. The French government, through the "France Relance" recovery plan, emphasizes vocational education to bridge skill gaps, investing in personalized training accounts and apprenticeships to better align educational outcomes with labor market needs.

Between 2012 and 2021, Japan’s renewable energy electricity production more than doubled, rising from 100TWh to over 210TWh. According to the Sixth Strategic Energy Plan, this increase aligns with policies to cut fossil fuel reliance, boost energy security, and expand renewables, targeting 36-38% in the energy mix by 2030. Between 2008 and 2020, Denmark saw a notable increase in cancer cases, with male diagnoses rising from 18,775 to a peak of 23,590 in 2019 and female cases increasing from 18,090 to 22,010. To address this, the government’s Cancer Plan IV targeted early detection and improved care pathways, while public health initiatives focused on lifestyle changes, such as reducing smoking rates, to lower cancer risk and enhance patient outcomes.
