Initiatives like the National Science Foundation AI Research Institutes, promoting collaborative AI research and workforce development, aim to ethically integrate AI in education, ensuring innovation and a skilled workforce. 

🏭 80% of EU Firms Lack Skills in Electrical Engineering

In 2023, 59% of EU businesses reported significant manufacturing skills shortages, while only 14% found them insignificant, highlighting urgent workforce challenges. The EU's Skills Agenda and New Skills for New Jobs strategy aim to boost training and align education with market needs. The Digital Compass seeks to equip 80% of adults with basic digital skills by 2030. The Green Deal further addresses labor shortages and promotes a skilled workforce for a sustainable economy.
