The bill will require that community college courses be taught by qualified human instructors, effective January 2025. A study has found that consuming ultra-processed plant foods increases the risk of cardiovascular disease by 5% and the risk of early death by 13%. Replacing these with fresh, frozen, or minimally processed plant foods can reduce these risks.
