๐ŸŽ“ 20% Rise in International Students in Australia

International student enrollment in Australian higher education peaked at 440K in 2019, declined to 360K by 2022 due to COVID-19, and rebounded to 437K in 2023. The Australian government supports this growth through policies like the Australian Strategy for International Education 2021-2030 and the ESOS Act, focusing on quality education and sustainability.

๐Ÿค– India Has the Highest AI Skill Penetration

India leads in AI skill penetration with a rate of 2.75, driven by comprehensive policy frameworks like AIFORALL and the IndiaAI Mission. The US and Germany follow, leveraging national strategies to integrate AI into federal systems and industry partnerships. Emerging markets like Brazil and the UAE face regulatory hurdles, highlighting disparities in AI workforce development.

The FDA's approval of AI medical devices rose from 3 in 2012 to 139 in 2022, highlighting rapid technological advancements and supportive policy frameworks. This growth prompted governments to focus on workforce development, with initiatives like Australia's AI roadmap and the UK's DART-Ed Programme enhancing AI literacy and competency among healthcare professionals.
