Policies emphasize AI ethics, aligning with broader strategies like the European Union's Digital Strategy, which promotes digital transformation and responsible AI use.

Between 2023 and 2024, Portugal saw the highest growth in demand for green talent, with job postings increasing by over 70%, followed by the UK at 46% and Costa Rica at 40%.
