Singapore's student-to-teaching-staff ratio in primary schools improved from 16.5 in 2013 to 14.8 in 2022. The current ratio positions Singapore well below the global average of 21.75 and aligns with OECD standards. The MOE has also streamlined teachers' administrative tasks through e-platforms like Parents Gateway and attendance apps to improve education quality, allowing teachers to pay closer attention to students.
